"I had an amazing time meeting other interns, learning about the multi-family industry, and tackling challenges this summer. I learned about facets of the company which helped me to have a better understanding of the role construction plays in multi-family as well as understand why some limitations and other frustrations construction may deal with exist. This knowledge along with the hard and soft skills that the Garrett team helped me to develop put me in a much better place than most other interns."
